Review every change before it’s saved

Edits wait in the grid until you’re ready. The review lists every product and field that will change, before and after, and warns you about the risky ones. Untick anything you’re not sure about.

Questions, answered

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days with everything included, on any plan. You add a card when you start; it’s only charged when the trial ends, and not at all if you cancel before then.

Do I need to install a plugin?

Storeloom can read your products through WooCommerce’s own API, but slowly. The free Storeloom plugin makes syncing fast, shows variations, and is needed to save changes and duplicate products. It adds no tracking and nothing to your shop’s pages.

Can a mistake break my store?

Every change is listed for you to check before anything is saved, with warnings for risky ones like big price drops. Each save is kept in the history and can be undone. If a product was changed on the store while you were editing, Storeloom asks before overwriting it.

Does it handle variations?

Yes. Variations show as rows under their product, with their own price, stock, SKU and sale dates, and bulk edits can apply to products, their variations, or both.

How many products can it handle?

Storeloom is built for catalogs with tens of thousands of products and variations. The grid stays fast because your catalog is kept in sync in the background and loaded once.

What data does Storeloom keep?

Products and variations, and the history of changes you save. No orders, customers or payment details. Store keys are encrypted, and everything is hosted in the EU. Deleting your account removes all of it.

Can I manage stores for clients?

Yes. The Agency plan covers up to 10 stores and Agency+ up to 30. Each store keeps its own history, views and settings.
